AI in testing · EU AI Act readiness

AI is reshaping testing. On two fronts at once.

AI helps us test faster and smarter, and at the same time it creates systems that need testing themselves. As test automation specialists, we help you with both. Pragmatic, without the hype.

// Two roles

AI is reshaping testing on two fronts at once.

It speeds up the creation of smart tests, and it creates systems that need testing themselves. We help you with both, from a single specialisation: test automation.

// AI within your testing process

AI as a tool to test smarter

Putting AI-assisted tooling to work to build your automated testing faster and maintain it more cheaply, without chasing the hype.

  • AI-assisted test generation and self-healing tests
  • Smarter test maintenance for fast-changing applications
  • A realistic view: what already works, what is marketing

Validating AI applications as a test object

Validating your AI applications for quality, reliability and conformity before they go into production. We do not build the AI, we test it thoroughly.

  • Testing strategies for LLM and ML applications
  • Validation of output quality, robustness and bias
  • EU AI Act readiness: documentation and testing in order
// Expertise hub

What we know, we also share.

Sixteen articles on AI and testing, split across the same two pillars: using AI to test faster, and thoroughly validating AI systems themselves. No hype, just what we apply in practice.

// AI within your testing process

Self-healing tests, AI test generation and more

Eight articles on what already works today to test faster and smarter, and what is still mostly marketing.

  • Self-healing tests and the three types of healing
  • Generating test cases and test data with AI
  • What AI testing still cannot do today

EU AI Act, red teaming and model drift

Eight articles on validating AI applications themselves: quality, robustness, bias and compliance.

  • The EU AI Act and conformity assessment
  • Red teaming and hallucinations in LLMs
  • Bias testing and model drift

// EU AI Act

How is your AI system classified under the EU AI Act?

The AI Act classifies AI systems by risk level, with testing requirements and documentation duties that grow heavier as the risk rises. We translate those requirements into your QA process.

  • Unacceptable risk

    Practices that are simply prohibited, such as social scoring, manipulative techniques, or emotion recognition in the workplace. Not allowed, period.

  • High risk

    AI in areas like HR, credit scoring or medical applications. Mandatory risk management, documentation and human oversight.

  • Limited risk

    Systems such as chatbots or AI-generated content (e.g. deepfakes). Transparency obligation: users must know they are communicating with AI or viewing AI-generated content.

  • Minimal risk

    Most current AI applications, such as spam filters, recommendation systems, or predictive text. No legal obligations, but good practice is still recommended.

// Approach

No hype, just an approach that demonstrably works.

Whether you want to use AI to test faster, or validate an AI application: we start from your situation, not from a tool. What already works, what is still marketing, and what you actually need.

Assessment

We map your testing process, AI usage and any AI applications. A concrete picture of where the gains and the risks are.

→ 02

Implementation

AI-assisted tooling or testing frameworks for AI systems set up around your stack and use case, focused on what genuinely adds value.
